Get friends, loved ones or family involved- invite your nearest and dearest to enjoy a cosy evening in with you- bake together, bring a board or treats, or plan to craft or create together. Bonus cosiness if you switch your phone off for the evening for a digital detox!
10. set yourself up for success
Prepare everything you can for tomorrow morning- think about waking up having your clothes already chosen, your coffee prepped, your lunch packed in the fridge and bag by the door ready to go. The ease of your morning the following day will be worth the preparation, and doing so in the evening allows you to wind down, mentally slow down and enjoy looking after your future self- they’ll thank you!
